In 1974, graduated from Azerbaijan Polytechnic Institute named after Chingiz Ildirim, and in 1981 graduated from the Azerbaijan Institute of National Economy named after D. Bunyadzadeh.
Since April 23, 1996, has been working as Deputy Chairman of the Chamber of Auditors of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
Is a member of the Council, the governing body of the Chamber of Auditors.
In 2007, was awarded the honorary auditor badge of the Chamber of Auditors of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
By Decree No. 1730 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated September 15, 2011 "On awarding the employees and members of the Chamber of Auditors of the Republic of Azerbaijan the 'Progress' Medal", was awarded the "Progress" Medal.
Since 2001, has been a member of the New Azerbaijan Party.

In 1977, graduated from the Faculty of Finance and Credit of the Azerbaijan State Institute of National Economy named after D. Bunyadzadeh.
As of February 5, 2021, was a former member of the Council of the Chamber of Auditors and President of "RR & VAM-International" Independent Audit Firm.
Was one of the first auditors to obtain a license from the Chamber of Auditors granting the right to engage in auditing activities.
On December 25, 1997, founded "RR & VAM-International" Independent Audit Firm and became its president. Over the years, he managed to turn the firm he led into one of the leading audit firms in the republic.
He was one of the co-authors of the book "Audit", published in 2001 for students studying economics, and the book "Internal Audit", published in 2008. Information about him was included in the book "Azerbaijani Economists", published in 2008.
In recognition of his services, highly appreciated by the Chamber's management, he was awarded the first "Honorary Auditor" badge of the Republic of Azerbaijan in 2007.
During the last 7 years of his life, 12 books were published. His 13th book, entitled "An Incomplete Life", which he did not have time to publish during his lifetime, was published through the efforts of those who cherished his memory.
He passed away on June 14, 2010.

Born on March 9, 1949 in Fizuli District, in a family of civil servants. In 1970, graduated from the Faculty of Finance and Credit of the Azerbaijan Institute of National Economy named after Dadash Bunyadzadeh.
In January 1993, worked as Director of the Cost Accounting Audit Center (Azeraudit) under the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Azerbaijan. In connection with the establishment of the Chamber of Auditors in the republic, the Center was liquidated by a decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan in 1996. Having obtained one of the first licenses issued by the Chamber of Auditors for auditing activities, he worked as founder and director-auditor of the independent "Azeri-Audit" audit firm and was a member of the Chamber's Council.
On June 12, 2001, was appointed Director of the Control Department of the Chamber of Auditors of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and since July 1, 2020 has been working as an Adviser to the Chairman of the Chamber.
Since 2000, has been a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors based in the United States and has obtained an international certificate.
On December 27, 2007, was awarded the "Honorary Auditor" badge of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
By Decree No. 1730 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated September 15, 2011 "On awarding the employees and members of the Chamber of Auditors of the Republic of Azerbaijan the 'Progress' Medal", was awarded the "Progress" Medal.

In 1975, graduated with honors from the Azerbaijan Institute of National Economy named after D. Bunyadzadeh with a degree in Economics.
From May 1996 to June 2009, worked as Director of the Audit Services Department of the Chamber of Auditors of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
In August 1996, was issued a license by the Chamber of Auditors to engage in auditing activities, which was subsequently renewed on a regular basis.
In 1997, completed international courses on "Accounting and Auditing Techniques" organized במסגרת the TACIS program of the European Union under the project "Strengthening the Audit Capacity of the Chamber of Auditors of the Republic of Azerbaijan", as well as auditor courses at the University of Göttingen, Federal Republic of Germany.
Since 1996, has been a member of the Council, the governing body of the Chamber of Auditors of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and was awarded the title of "Honorary Auditor".
In 1999, obtained an internal auditor certificate from the U.S. Institute of Internal Auditors.

In 1976, graduated from the Faculty of Planning and Economics of the Azerbaijan Institute of National Economy named after D. Bunyadzadeh.
Since April 1995, worked as a leading inspector-expert at the Yasamal District Department of the Audit Center under the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
On May 31, 1996, obtained a license to engage in auditing activities.
From May to November 1996, worked as an auditor at the Audit Services Department of the Chamber of Auditors; from November 1996 to March 1998, as an auditor and deputy director at the Baku City Auditors' Organization; from March 1998 to April 2001, as an auditor at the Baku representative office of the Dutch company "PriceWaterhouseCoopers"; and from July 2001 to May 2005, as an auditor at the "G&A" audit organization.
In May 2005, was appointed Deputy Director of the Scientific Research and Training Center of the Chamber of Auditors and worked in this field until October 2014. Currently retired.
In November 2012, was awarded the "Honorary Auditor" badge by the Chamber of Auditors.

On April 4, 2016, in connection with the 20th anniversary of the establishment of the Chamber of Auditors of the Republic of Azerbaijan, was awarded the "Progress" Medal by order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan for services to the development of the country's audit system.
On July 29, 2003, was transferred to the position of Deputy Director of the Internal Audit Department.
On January 2, 2004, following the abolition of the Internal Audit Department, was transferred to the position of Deputy Director of the Quality and Competition Regulation Department.
On April 3, 2005, was appointed Head of the Anti-Corruption and Internal Audit Division.
On July 15, 2010, was transferred to the position of Head of the Audit Regulation, Organization and Transparency Department.
On January 5, 2012, was transferred to the position of Head of the Audit Regulation and Transparency Department and Head of the Anti-Corruption and Internal Audit Division.
On January 7, 2013, was transferred to the position of Head of the Quality Control and Legal Support Department and Head of the Legal Support Division.
On September 1, 2015, became Head of the Legal Support and Standardization Department.
On January 4, 2018, was transferred to the position of Head of the Legal Support and Relations with State Bodies Department.
On January 3, 2019, was transferred to the Transparency and Anti-Corruption Department.
On January 7, 2020, was appointed Head of the Legal Support Department.
He passed away on December 10, 2020.

In 2001, graduated with a Bachelor's degree from Azerbaijan State University of Economics, and in 2004 obtained a Master's degree from the same university with distinction. Currently a doctoral student at Azerbaijan State University of Economics.
In 2004, worked as a chief specialist in the Audit Legislation and Methodological Support Division of the Chamber of Auditors of the Republic of Azerbaijan; from 2005 to 2010, Director of the Scientific Research and Training Center; from 2010 to 2015, Head of the Human Resources Training, Foreign Relations and Publishing Department; from 2016 to 2017, Head of the Human Resources Training, Accreditation and International Relations Department; and in 2018, Head of the Audit Organization and Human Resources Training Department.
Since 2019, has been working as Executive Director of the Chamber of Auditors.
Since 2005, has been a member of the International Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA).
Since 2006, has been Chairman of the Trade Union Committee of the Chamber of Auditors.
From January 2008 to July 27, 2009, was a member of the Council of the Chamber of Auditors of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
On December 29, 2010, was awarded the Certificate of Honor of the Chamber of Auditors of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
On August 19, 2011, was awarded the "For Merits in the Development of the National Institute of Professional Accountants" Medal of the National Institute of Professional Accountants, Financial Managers and Economists of the Russian Federation.
On May 6, 2013, was awarded the "Honorary Auditor" badge of the Chamber of Auditors of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
On April 4, 2016, by order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, was awarded the "Progress" Medal in connection with the 20th anniversary of the Chamber of Auditors for services to the development of the country's audit system.
On May 31, 2017, was awarded the jubilee medal "For a Great Contribution to the Development of the International Trade Union Movement of Employees of State Institutions and Public Services and in Connection with the 25th Anniversary of the Establishment of the International Federation of Trade Unions of State Institutions and Public Services Workers" of the Russian Federation.
Since 1996, has been a member of the New Azerbaijan Party. He is Chairman of the Control and Audit Commission of the Sabail District Organization of the New Azerbaijan Party and Deputy Chairman of the first territorial organization of the New Azerbaijan Party at the Chamber of Auditors.
