
Saftar Vali Valizada was born in 1989. In 2010, he obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Organization and Management from the Azerbaijan State Oil Academy. In 2013, he graduated with distinction with a Master's degree in Strategic Management. He completed compulsory military service from 2010 to 2011. In 2020, he completed his doctoral studies at the Institute of Economics of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences and is currently preparing his PhD dissertation entitled "The Economy of Armenia and Its Development Directions." His articles have been published in newspapers and academic journals. He has received awards from the Ministry of Taxes of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the State Committee for Securities, and other organizations. In 2012, he successfully passed the competitive recruitment process of the Ministry of Taxes. Between 2012 and 2015, he worked as an Accountant, Senior Accountant, and Chief Accountant at Azersun Holding and its affiliated companies. In 2015, he became one of the founders of SR Tax Solutions LLC, providing accounting and tax services, and SR Customs Services LLC, operating in the field of customs brokerage. Since 2018, he has been a member of the Chamber of Auditors of the Republic of Azerbaijan and has been practicing as an Independent Auditor. Since 2019, he has served as the Founder and Director of SR Audit Solutions LLC, operating under a license issued by the Chamber of Auditors of the Republic of Azerbaijan. He is the Deputy Chairman of the Committee on International Auditing Standards and International Financial Reporting Standards under the Council of the Chamber of Auditors of the Republic of Azerbaijan and serves as an Inspector of the Quality Control Committee. He is a co-author of the "Concept for the Development of Auditing in the Republic of Azerbaijan (2021–2030)." He was also a member of the working groups that prepared the "Roadmap for Reducing the Shadow Economy in the Republic of Azerbaijan" and the "Concept of the Main Directions for the Innovative Development of Auditing." He is the author of the book "Financial Statements." He is married and has two children.
