He was born at  Gejagozlu village of Fizuli region of Azerbaijan Republic on December 13, 1947.

He finished secondary school in 1963, Polytechnic Institute of Azerbaijan named after Ch. Ildirim in 1974, Azerbaijan Institute of National Economy named after D. Bunyadzadeh in 1981.

In 1968-1974 years he held  the positions of deputy director and director at BakuTrading Department for bakery.

In 1974-1975 years he was in military service in the ranks of the army.

In 1975-1981 years he held  the positions of director of the base and chief of “AZ - Oil Exploration” FTSH.

In 1981-1982 years, he held the position of chief of “Caspian Sea oil and gas industry " PA Garadagh FTSH.

In 1982-1990 years he held the positions of head of department and deputy of the director at Garadagh district “Mixed Trade” department.

In 1990-1995 years he worked at the positions of head of the association and director of State Fuel Committee of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

In 1995-1996 years he worked at the position of deputy chief of "Azer terminal complex" Association of Foreign Economic Relations of Customs Committee of Azerbaijan Republic.

Since April 23, 1996 till today he has been holding the position of deputy chairman of Chamber of Auditors of Azerbaijan Republic.

He is the member of the Council which is the governing  body in Chamber of Auditors.

He was awarded with the “Progress” medal by the order №1730 of the President of Azerbaijan Republic “About the awarding of employees and members of the Chamber of Auditors of Azerbaijan Republic with “Progress” medal” dated September 15, 2011.

He is the member of New Azerbaijan Party.

He is married. He has four children.
